Marion's Double Miracle
Page 1
Marion was driving home one evening after a long day. The road was familiar as she had driven it many times before. But tonight would be different. Something extraordinary was about to happen.
Page 2
It was an unusually dark night as Marion drove down the quiet, lonely road. The night before, she saw a moose on the side of the road, so she drove cautiously, keeping an eye out for any wildlife that might be lurking in the shadows. But little did she know, there was something far more dangerous looming in the distance.
Page 3
As she approached a train crossing, she didn’t see what was ahead. Unbeknownst to Marion, a freight train was racing down the tracks. There were no warning lights at the crossing, and the reflectors on the side of the train were covered with dirt, making it nearly impossible to see.
Page 4
Suddenly, Marion saw it — the train, just inches away from her car. There was no time to stop. Crash! The train hit Marion's car with a huge impact, and the force of it threw her car underneath the train. But the train didn’t stop. It kept moving, dragging Marion’s car down the tracks for seven miles before it was dislodged and left sitting on the tracks. Marion was knocked unconscious, and the car was crushed. Marion was trapped inside, but somehow, she was still alive inside. But the story didn’t end there!
Page 5
The train kept going, barreling down the tracks for another 30 minutes before it finally stopped at a depot. The crew didn’t know they had hit a car, and they had no idea that Marion was still trapped inside. After turning around, the train came back the way it had just gone. Crash! The train hit Marion’s car again! The train finally came to a stop, and the crew was in shock!
Page 6
When the rescuers arrived, they could hardly believe what they saw. They thought no one could have survived such a terrible crash. But when they looked inside the car, they found Marion — still breathing, still alive. It was a miracle! The rescue workers carefully used special tools called the "Jaws of Life" to free Marion from the wreckage. She had broken bones, cuts, and bruises, but against all odds, she was alive.
Page 7
When Marion woke up in the hospital, she was confused and disoriented. “What happened? Where am I?” she asked. She had no idea she had survived not one, but two crashes with a train. The rescue workers couldn’t believe their eyes. One of them said, “Most people don’t survive even one crash with a train, let alone two!”
Page 8
When Marion saw her car later, she couldn’t believe her eyes. The car had been crushed, but the little space around her seat was still intact. It was like a shield that protected her. Somehow, a small space had formed around Marion’s seat — like a protective cocoon — and it saved her life. Marion knew that this wasn’t just luck. She realized that God had been watching over her and had kept her safe. It was a miracle.
Page 9
Although this miracle didn’t immediately change everything for Marion, God began a tremendous work deep inside her. For years, Marion had been stubborn, relying on her own strength and decisions. But then, she began to see that the miracle was God’s way of giving her a second chance at life. Marion realized that she needed to learn to trust Him and let go of the need to control everything. Over time, she came to understand that God’s grace had been with her all along, even when she hadn’t seen it. It was His way of guiding her toward a deeper faith. Marion became incredibly grateful. “Thank you, Father, for having such patience with me!”
Page 10
Marion’s story reminds us that even when things seem impossible, God is always with us. He is watching over us, guiding us, and wanting the best for us, even when we can’t understand. The miracle wasn’t just about surviving the accident—it was about beginning a new journey of trust and surrender to God’s will. Marion’s life was changed forever.
Page 11
Now, Marion sees that her story is a reminder of God's grace, His patience, and His love for us all. Even when life seems dark and uncertain, we can trust that God is with us, giving us the time we need to turn to Him. Marion learned to trust God in ways she never had before, and her life has become a beautiful example of faith. She knew, with all her heart, that God’s plan was always better than her own.
Carol’s 6 Days of Grace
PAGE 1
Carol’s first miracle came on November 26, 1996, when she received a kidney transplant that saved her life. But even this amazing event couldn’t compare to the extraordinary miracle that would come many years later, in May of 2020.
PAGE 2
It all began on a Monday morning. Carol had planned a routine shower to start her day. But as she reached for the shampoo, her feet slipped out from under her. The sudden fall sent her tumbling into the tub, and as she tried to get up, she created an unyielding seal with the slick surface. Her feet were jammed against the head of the tub, making it impossible for her to rise. Carol couldn’t move!
PAGE 3
Frustration gave way to anger. First, she was mad at herself, then at God. But soon, she realized that being angry wouldn’t help. She needed to stay calm and think of a way to fix the problem. Panicking wouldn’t solve anything.
PAGE 4
For three days, Carol struggled in the tub. She cried out for help, but her calls were swallowed by the walls of the bathroom. She was unable to drink water, reach the taps, or keep herself warm, and she shook uncontrollably from the cold. Her body grew weaker and weaker, growing toxic as she was unable to drink, or move her bowels. It is known that humans can’t survive more than three days without water, yet Carol held on. In the midst of her suffering, Carol heard God’s gentle voice say, “Be still and know that I am God.” She kept her mind focused on this and began to sing hymns to keep her spirit strong.
PAGE 5
By the fourth day, Carol was mostly unconscious. With no windows to see the daylight, she used the sounds of passing cars to tell whether it was morning or night. Amid her fleeting moments of awareness, a verse from the Bible echoed in her mind: “I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life!”
But in the middle of all her pain, choosing life felt impossible. It seemed like the devil was playing a cruel joke, and Carol slipped back into unconsciousness.
PAGE 6
When she awoke on the fifth day, the pain was unbearable. Her legs were completely immobile, bruised and swollen. Carol heard a voice say, “I will make a way of escape for you!” In this dark moment, Carol held on to her faith, but the words seemed impossibly distant from her reality, and she drifted back into unconsciousness.
PAGE 7.
On the evening of the sixth day, a miracle arrived. A friend, guided by the Holy Spirit, heard God say, “Go check on Carol. She is in trouble.” Recognizing the urgency, her friend pounded on the door relentlessly. The noise jolted Carol awake, and with her remaining strength, Carol managed to pound on the wall and cry for help.
PAGE 8
The fire department arrived quickly, breaking down and rushing to her side. The emergency responders, unable to pull Carol from the tub, used warm water to loosen her from her grim predicament. They carefully extracted her with a special cup device, placing her on a gurney. At the hospital, Carol was put on life support and fed through an IV where she remained unconscious for several weeks.
PAGE 9
The doctors were astonished. They said it was impossible for someone to survive more than three days without water or her kidney medicine, but Carol had survived six days without both. Her nephrologist was baffled, noting that most people couldn’t survive more than two days without anti-rejection drugs, yet Carol had gone six. Her general practitioner (GP) admitted that the medical explanation for her survival was beyond comprehension. The fact that she endured without water and without her required insulin was nothing short of miraculous. The doctors were stunned, unable to explain how Carol had defied all odds. It was truly a miracle.
PAGE 10
As the weeks went by, Carol began to heal. Her bruises faded, and her strength returned. She knew that it was God's grace that had spared her life. When God told her to "hold still," it wasn't just to calm her—He was protecting her from internal bleeding that could have worsened her condition. Throughout it all, her faith in miracles was reaffirmed. She cherished the grace that had spared her life once again, finding solace in the profound truth that even in the darkest moments, the Lord will guide us through.
PAGE 11
Carol’s story is a reminder that even when we face impossible situations, God will make a way, even when we don’t see how. His love and power are greater than anything we can understand. Like Carol, we can choose life by trusting in God’s faithfulness and His love for us.
Peter's Miracle
Page 1
It was the last day of the year, December 31, 1982, when Diane and her husband welcomed their son, Peter, into the world. He weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces and was as sweet as could be. From the moment he was born, Peter seemed full of energy. But once he was here, something didn’t feel right.
Page 2
Peter wasn’t acting like other babies. He only nursed for a minute or two before falling asleep, and he didn’t open his eyes much. He never seemed awake, and Diane was worried. When Peter was just one week old, she took him to the doctor. The doctor said he was fine, but that night, Peter got a fever, and the next day, they rushed him to the hospital.
Page 3
The doctors gave Peter medicine, but it didn’t help. He couldn’t keep anything down and seemed weaker each day. Diane was exhausted and scared. She couldn’t understand what was happening, but in her heart, she remembered a special verse from the Bible:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” – Proverbs 3:5-6.
Page 4
After three days, Peter was taken to a special children’s hospital. He was so weak and sick, and his skin was gray. Diane and her husband thought they might lose him. In the emergency room, a doctor quickly started treating Peter, giving him medicine and oxygen. But the doctors told them that his kidneys might stop working any minute, and they didn’t know if Peter would survive.
Page 5
That night, while sitting beside Peter’s bed, Diane prayed to God. She asked Him to put His hands around Peter’s head and protect him from the sickness. As she prayed, she had a special vision. She saw a tall, slender angel, glowing with soft light, standing over Peter, holding him safely. For the first time since Peter was born, Diane felt peace. She finally got some sleep.
Page 6
Over the next few weeks, Peter went through many painful tests and treatments. Every day, Diane and her family prayed for him. Slowly, Peter started to get better. But the doctors said there might be problems with his hearing and his brain. They asked Diane and her husband to measure his head every day to make sure his brain wasn’t swelling.
Page 7
Two weeks after they went home, Diane was feeding Peter in the middle of the night. As she sat in the quiet, she thought about everything that had happened. She prayed again, giving Peter’s life back to God and trusting whatever He had planned for him.
Page 8
Suddenly, Diane heard a voice in her heart, like a whisper from God. It said, “Don’t you remember what you prayed?”
She smiled and understood. God had heard her prayer when she asked Him to protect Peter’s head. In that moment, Diane felt full of love and joy. She knew that Peter was going to be okay.
Page 9
The next day, Diane woke up her husband to tell him the good news. She told him that God had assured her Peter would be fine. That afternoon, something amazing happened. Peter, who hadn’t been able to hear before, suddenly startled when his brothers and sisters were playing nearby. He could hear them!
Page 10
From that moment on, Peter got better and better. He started developing like a normal baby, and doctors confirmed that his hearing was fine. As he grew, he was just like any other child. The family never needed any more special appointments, and Peter’s life was full of joy.
Page 11
Diane knew that God had worked a miracle for Peter. She didn’t know why their family was so blessed, but she was grateful every day. God loved Peter so much, and she knew He had a special plan for his life. Proverbs 3:5-6 became her favorite verse, because it reminded her to trust in God with all her heart, even when things seemed impossible.
Page 12
Peter’s story reminds us all that God listens to our prayers and cares for us, no matter what. He holds us close and has a beautiful plan for each of our lives, just like He did for Peter.
The Day God Spoke to me!
Page 1
One sunny spring morning, Graham was working on his farm in Alberta. He had a big, strong machine called a loader, which helped him move trees. It had a special scoop on the front, and with just one big scoop, Graham could lift a whole tree out of the ground! Graham was very busy because he owned a greenhouse business and had lots of other jobs around the farm.
Page 2
That day, Graham was digging to move a tree when something unexpected happened. He hit a big gas line that wasn’t marked! Suddenly, gas shot out of the ground, and dirt flew everywhere. Graham quickly backed away from the hole and turned off his machine. He called the gas company for help, and soon his friend Gerry, who was the gas company manager, showed up with his team.
Page 3
Gerry was calm and started telling his team what to do. “We need to fix this,” he said. Graham wanted to help, but Gerry said, “It’s okay, Graham. You go take care of whatever you need to do. I’ve got this.” So Graham started walking back to his house.
Page 4
But as he walked, something strange happened. A voice seemed to tell him, “Go back!” It was a strong feeling, like someone was speaking to him. Graham thought, “What does that mean? Go back?” But it was as if he was suddenly pushed to turn around and run back to where the gas was leaking.
Page 5
When Graham got there, he saw something scary. His friend Gerry was bent over the hole, trying to help, but he had collapsed. He wasn’t moving. Graham’s heart raced. He knew he had to help.
Page 6
Without thinking, Graham jumped into the hole and pulled Gerry out, even though he was big and heavy. Gerry’s eyes were rolled back, and Graham thought he might be hurt really badly. But Graham didn’t give up. He ripped open Gerry’s coat and checked for a breath. He could feel a tiny breath, just enough. Then Gerry suddenly started coughing and breathing again!
Page 7
Gerry was okay, and the ambulance arrived quickly to take him to the hospital. By the afternoon, Gerry was feeling better and back at work. Everything was safe again, thanks to Graham’s quick thinking.
Page 8
That day, Graham learned something very important. He didn’t just help because he was strong or fast; he helped because he listened when something inside him said, “Go back.” He knew that voice was God, telling him to do something important.
Page 9
Now, every day, Graham remembers that moment and says prayers to thank God for guiding him. And he knows, deep in his heart, that sometimes God speaks to us in special ways—just like He did that day when He said, “Go back.”
